I don't really have any pictures to post. I'll try and make this a short one. We got all moved, finally. we've been here about 2 weeks. We are living in salem with my family. We'll be living here a couple months or so, til we can save a little and find a good place for us.
Merrill started his job this last Monday, and so far, so good. He mainly will be working Monday through Thursday unless there is an emergency. He seems to like it, and the guys he works with. Hopefully it will stay that way. ;)
And on to some even more exciting news. I had my ultrasound yesterday. The baby is looking great! Everything went well. The baby was being shy for pretty much the whole ultrasound. It had its back to us and its legs crossed. But somehow at the end it uncrossed its legs and we were able to get a little glimpse that it is a BOY!!! Darci will have a little brother, she seemed to be pretty excited, Although I'm sure she doesn't quite understand what it all means, but she will, and she will love him. Now we just have to think of a name. Which will be harder than when we named Darci. Girls names were easier to come up with. I'm sure will figure out something good! :)

More News
We moved to Seattle January 2010 after Merrill graduated from BYU. With his job, there was supposed to be lots of opportunity to move up. But these opportunities seem to be vanishing and getting pushed out further and further down the road. Not to mention the lack of hours he has been getting, and the pay raise freeze (who knows how long that'll last.
So, after me getting a job, and a lot of discussions, research, and job hunting... Merrill has found a new job. This job has better opportunity (that is more realistic), more hours, and better pay. And its close to family, in fact the shop is around the corner from my Dad's shop. That's right, we are moving to Oregon. He starts the new job at the beginning of May, so we are moving at the end of April.
We are said to leave our friends here in WA, we have some awesome friends. Its gonna be hard to find more friends that are as Great.
I have had a great part time job, it's the position I have wanted forever. Its super easy, great doctor, and they've paid me well. I've never had all of "it" till now, if only I had this job before I had Darci. Even though this is such a great job, I was actually excited and relieved when I was able to tell them that I was leaving. I've just wanted to be able to be a stay at home mom. I took advantage of it before I went back to work, I didn't realize how much I REALLY loved it and needed to be home. I can't wait till we get settled in a new place and this baby comes. We'll stay at my mom and Dad's till we can find a place and get a bit more caught up on bills and such.
One step at a time, we have a lot going on this year, just trying to focus on finishing our jobs and then get our stuff packed and organized to move and store. We're not looking forward to the moving, but very much looking forward to the move.
And what's a blog post without some pics of Darci..

Christmas Time!
So, I'm finally getting around to posting pictures from Christmas. We went down to Oregon to have Christmas with my family. Capri's (my sister in law) Mom, sister and brothers were also there. It was a lot of fun. Lots of Christmas presents to open and a very BIG turkey to eat...
Darci was not a fan of Santa, and Wyatt wasn't too sure at first, but he had to make sure that he told Santa that he wanted a computer for Christmas.we made bowling pins out of the magnets, at first we made a ball out of magnets but that didn't work very well, so we grab this ball and told Wyatt to roll it and knock over the magnets.
She got a bike from Grandma and Grandpa. She actually smiled when she got this present. ;)

Just some pictures
This month has been crazy! These are seriously the only pictures I have taken this month. We moved on the 11th, so that's about all we've been doing. My parents came to help us move and to bring me my washer and dryer that I have been missing for the past year, So glad to get it back! And, when my parents left, they took my little Darci with them (to give me a break to be able to get stuff done, and of course to have some fun with Grandma and Grandpa) She has been gone a week now (we will see her in 2 days when we go there for Christmas). We miss her tons. And, poor little girl got sick her first day there. She got an ear infection in both ears and a sore throat, so she wasn't feeling very good for a few days. Luckily she is feeling better now, and having fun playing with Grandma and Grandpa and Dodger (the cat). Can't wait till Wednesday! Here are some pictures.
Grandma gave her a bite of lemon. She was not a fan.
Here is a video of her "playing" Peek-a-boo, without taking the bowl down. She just keeps saying "peek-a-boo", which for her she says "Dee-da-doo"

Merrill's new business
All,
I (merrill) have started a new business! I work for a company called LifeVantage as an independent distributor of an amazing new natural health product called Protandim. Protandim is a revolutionary product that will completely change the way everyone thinks about antioxidants in our bodies. Using antioxidants to combat oxidants, or "free radicals" in our bodies has been a big issue in the health industry for the last several years, but the latest research is showing that merely eating a diet high in antioxidants has almost no effect on the levels of free radicals in our bodies or the damage they do. The damage caused to our bodies by free radicals plays a major role in aging and in many diseases. Protandim equips our bodies to defend themselves from free radicals and has been scientifically proven to be millions of times more powerful than any antioxidant rich diet. It has also been proven to work for everyone, regardless of age or any other factor. In a nutshell, anyone interested in the use of antioxidant products or in the long term health of them and their loved ones needs to know about Protandim.
I am really excited about this product and this new business opportunity, and I would love to share both with all those I care about. Please get in touch with me if you have any questions and don't be too quick to judge this as "just another health product" because it's definitely not.
My business is called Greater Life For All and I have a new email and website for it. My email is greaterlife.merrill@gmail.com. Please visit my website, greaterlifeforall.com to see some great videos that explain the product and the business. The first video that will play is one produced by ABC Primetime that is a great brief introduction to the whole concept of Protandim. Feel free to call or email me any time if you'd like to know more. For those who don't have my number it's 303-513-9355. I look forward to posting more in the future as I keep you all updated on my efforts to build this new business.
All the best!
