Christmas

This year we went to Oregon to have Christmas with my family. They started out the week with an ice storm, and lost their power. We got power back the day after Christmas. They had the generator running so we could have a light on and watch a movie or something. Here are some pictures of our week!

LAS VEGAS

About 2 weeks ago I went to Las Vegas with Merrill's sisters and some friends. Merrill had his own trip to Milwaukee for tree stuff with people from work.

Another view of the awesome pool at our hotel. We stayed at the Cancun resort villa a few miles south of the strip. It was a 2 bedroom suite. There was 9 of us crammed in, but it was awesome!

Blanket

This is my attempt to be creative. My friend Brookie loves Halloween, so I made her little baby a Halloween blanket. Its the 2nd thing I've made with my sewing machine, that I got like 4 years ago. Someday I will get better and use it more. :)

Baby on the Way

We found out a few days ago that we are going to have a baby about the end of June. We are very excited. I posted a little countdown here on our blog, that has an update what the baby looks like. Its a bit freaky looking right now, but it will get better!

Go BYU!

So, 2 weeks ago was the first byu game. And we have tickets for all the games with Merrill's brother and sisters. For this game, Merrill's 2 youngest brothers were in town. So, we were all at the game, including Stuart's (merrill's brother) fiance (they got engaged the night before). Here are a couple pictures from the game, and one from our friends baby blessing.

PIZZA!

I made pizza the other night! I did the dough in my bread maker, it was kind of stuffed crust too, but it leaked out a bit, but it was still Yummy.

Seven Peaks

We went to seven peaks water park a couple weeks ago with our friends. It was 2 days after I got my wisdom teeth out, so my cheeks were still a bit puffy, and I tried to keep somewhat safe from hitting my face so I didn't do all the slides, but my friend Brookie is pregnant, so she couldn't do anything either. We had fun!

In the wave pool, which didn't really ever have waves, and was a bit too warm for comfort. But we still had fun.
